Absolutely love the job Zerorez did on the carpeting throughout the house! This was the worst carpet you could of imagine and my tech said he would do his best. My reply was "I know you can't do miracles", but I'm telling you he did. I never thought the carpet was even salvageable and could not afford new. We were all shocked and amazed of the results. My tech was amazing!
Brandon was great to work with. He was good at explaining everything they were going to do. They were on time and finished the work completely. Brandon went through before and after pictures and also other services we may want to consider but did not try to force a sale on me. Highly recommend.

What I really appreciated was that after the first treatment that didn’t quite remove all the dog smell, you came back and double checked it and when you saw that it was the worst thing you initially expected you upgraded the dust and reclined everything for free. That shows a lot of integrity and will definitely use you for future jobs and recommend you to other friends and family in the area.

Tony did a great job cleaning my carpets. I always use Zerorez because the carpet dries in 4 hours which is much faster than other carpet cleaning companies and has a clean feel to it.

It was easy to schedule an appointment in a reasonable period of time. Jesse, the technician, communicated well in advance of the appointment, arrived early within the window provided, was knowledgeable, professional, and cleaned our area rugs, upholstered furniture and stairs and hallway to our satisfaction. There was no chemical odor associated with the cleaning, much to our satisfaction. Friends had recommended ZeroRez to us and we recommend this company to others.
