Easy to schedule and quick response
The cleaning process was so quick!! I got an appointment the very next day and the technician called about an hour and a half before arriving to let me know when he'd be there. Carpet came out so clean and all but a few spots were gone! I liked that when the rugs and carpet dried, they did not feel sticky and the fibers didn't feel stiff. Joseph was the technician and he was so professional. He explained the process and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend Zerorez and be sure to request Joseph!

Daveon did a great job. Took the time to prep and clean the carpet. He was very polite and friendly. Past techs were in and out and the carpet did not look clean. This was the last chance I was going to give to Zerorez. Davon keep me as a costumer. I will be requesting him for my next cleaning.
