Sal from Zerorez did an excellent job cleaning our carpet! He was friendly, professional, and efficient. Zerorez also offers a 30 day guarantee on their work which I really appreicate. Sal happily came back a few days later to re-service a few spots and the results were fantastic. I am very happy with both Sal and Zerorez and will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

Zerorez has cleaned our carpets since they first started in the 90's with the franchise in Irvine, CA. They do excellent work? We have never needed to ask for a call back. They do it right the first time.

Our technician and now a field supervisor is Sal, he has been our technician for over 7 years or more. He is excellent in his communication, courtesy and professionalism. If he believes we need a sealer for tile or sealant for carpet he recommends and suggests why and the benefits. When he has a trainee, he still works , while showing the proper techniques to the trainee.

This young man is such an asset to Zerorez, he works hard but smart. He is very loyal to Zerorex and his clients.

Additionally, when Zerorez has a special, they always send an email notification. And provide a courtesy discount for loyalty.
