My carpet came out great and the service technician was very polite. The only problem was I never got my receipt.

Great communication from the start from setting up the appt to keeping in touch when on the way Giovanni, the technician was great! My carpets look great and were mostly dry in about 9 hours.
I am hoping that the old spots don’t rise back up like other carpet cleaning businesses have in the past. Time will tell. That’s why I chose ZeroRez, because of reviews. Thank you kindly. I had a great experience!
