I've used Zerorez since 2012, first when I lived in Phoenix and now that I'm living in Lincoln, NE. The quality of the product and the work of the technicians is always excellent! That's why I if I need a carpet cleaned, I'll always use Zerorez! My technician was Serac (not sure of the spelling of his name) and he was extremely efficient and hard working. I had questions and he always had answers. You have a good employee in him and I appreciate his professionalism.

The carpets in our house are 20+ years old and just hold so much dirt and grime. I am always amazed at how great they look after Zerorez cleans them! They really remove almost every stain and spot!
The techs are always on time, very friendly and courteous. They are clear about what they’re doing, call ahead and give an arrival time, and work efficiently.
