Excellent cleaning service. Have used for rugs and tile&groit. None of the other services I’ve used are even close in terms of cleaning ability. There is absolutely NO REZ left when they leave. You always do a good job and the results are always positive. Prompt service, take care of protecting the surrounding walls and are clean and neat.

Easy to book. Great communication around time of arrival. Staff was very friendly and professional, making sure we got what we needed. Work was done in a timely manner and well done.

The presurvey of the areas to be cleaned and the recommendations made were very helpful to make sure we got the results we were aiming for. Areas of concern were treated correctly, wear patterns were addressed and the carpet looks great for being 6 years hold.

The main reason I used Zerorez is the fact that they don't use any chemicals in their process. The tech was very professional and efficient and the overall result was excellent; carpets are nice and clean. Will definitely use in the future.
