Technician called ahead to notify us of his timeframe fro arrival. He then introduced himself at the door and viewed the premises in order to determine any problem areas of stains. He performed his duties diligently and with care for our home. After completion, he explained what he had done during the entire cleaning process and asked us if we had any concerns or questions. Excellent customer service!

My total experience went very well for my first time using zerorez.
I was notified thirty minutes prior to the technician arriving. The Tech (Malcom)
was very professional, respectful, well mannered, and communicated very well what
services were available. At this time I took advantage of a BOGO offered
which completely satisfied my needs.
Technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. They arrive on time and do a thorough job. The carpet looks and smells refreshed. Tile grout looks like new. Great job!

Jorge was friendly and professional. He explained and demonstrated how he was going to clean my carpets, including how he was going to remove the cat urine. My carpets look clean, smell clean with no residual cat urine smells!
