Your rep went above and beyond to address my needs with cleaning the carpet. I have a large puppy who has periodic accidents. While I have a spot treatment that apply and clean up the accidents, the infamous residue still resides behind (no matter how much I clean). He was able to locate the tough spots, treated those, explained the process so I knew what to expect as the carpets dried. It looks so nice now and smells fresh.
Zerorex personnel are trained, professional and courteous. The process always leaves our carpet looking like new and is dry within a few hours.
