The carpet tech that came out was very professional and did a good job answering any questions I had. He seemed very knowledgeable about the issues I was concerned about and assured me that he would work at fixing them. It smelled so good throughout my house once he started cleaning! Before cleaning the stairs, he had me come check out the rooms he had finished. I couldn’t believe that he was able to get out the pet stains I had pointed out. Because our appointment was later in the day, we put on clean socks when we needed to walk on the damp carpet but by morning, it was dry and soft. Great experience and will use Zerorez again!

Our technician, Sarif (sp?), was outstanding. He called with estimated arrival time, handled the entire job on his own. He’s got the routine definitely down; efficient, yet thorough. We do plan to replace some of the carpet, but in the interim, they look great!

It was a great experience from beginning to end. I had to cancel my first appointment at the last minute because of a medical problem. When I rescheduled, it was easy to get an appointment that fitted my schedule. The young man called ahead of time to let me know when to expect him. He did an outstanding job on an old carpet which withstands two walkers on a daily basis.
The whole procedure was done quickly and it dried in a reasonable time. I would highly recommend Zerorez and Chris. Thank you.
