I like that you don’t use chemicals in water for cleaning. It always drys faster and smells better. We did have to have carpet recleaned because of pet problem. But he applied pet cleaner and enzymes and it helped a lot. He was very good at explaining what and why they use certain cleaners.however I don’t recall being offered the pet cleaners in the first place but he may have, as I was not present but had a friend there
The cleaning job was done great. I will be very honest and say I did not like the up selling of the cleaning process. My quote on the phone went from 370.00 to 1200.00 when the cleaning tech walked through the home. I was told that there would be added cost for special cleaning products when talking on the phone and setting up appointment but I did not expect pet pee spot cleaning to add an additional 1000.00 to my quote! I was also told the drying time of the carpet would be 5-12 hours and after 2.5 days we are still damp in areas.

On time. Thaddeus our carpet cleaning tech was a super human Lone Ranger. Our carpet had not been cleaned since a remodel house project. In just about an hour he cleaned living room bedroom and stairs. Carpet looks brand new. Thanks Z-Rez for great product and Thaddeus customer service experience.
