Setting up was quick and easy. Technician was knowledgeable regarding fabric on our recliner. Recliner looked brand new when Tech was done. I always use Zerorez for carpets and now recliner. I.also have had zerorez come and take our 9x12 back to factory for cleaning. Thank you Zerorez.

First time using ZeroRez for deep carpet cleaning and removing stains from previous homeowners that we have not been able to remove on our own. Our cleaner showed up on time, asked if we had any stubborn or problem areas we wanted him to focus on, and let us know what the process would be. He got right to work and the carpet was cleaned far better than I was even expecting. Would definitely recommend, and will also be using them in the springtime for another cleaning and air duct cleaning!

The process was clearly explained. The various options and prices were clearly presented. The operator went to work and did a great job. He then explained about drying time, etc. Our carpet looks wonderful!

The carpets are beautifully clean The drying time was reasonable about 8 hours. The rep. was professional, prompt and very good at his job. His name is Mason. We would ask for his service again. The charges were very reasonable too.
