I'm very happy with the whole experience. Easy to book, I had to change the date and that was easy too. Salvador Alvarez was service technician, he was fantastic!! He was on time, communicative, clear about the pricing, polite and respectful, knowledgeable and hardworking- I have a huge house with a ton of carpet. He was able to get all of the stains out of my carpet including the ones other techs couldn't get out in the past. He worked really hard and had a smile while doing it. I wish all service providers were just like Salvador Alvarez. Thank you.

How Professional the worker was ..and the finish
I expected some sort of fragrance from the product that was being used to clean my carpets, but there wasn’t any fragrance. I like that very much. Also, I thought the carpets were going to stay wet much longer than they did. They were all very dry within three hours. The price for cleaning three rooms and a hall was a lot less than I expected to pay. Before the young man left my house he asked if there were any special spots I would like him to pay attention to, and he also asks if all the rooms looked good. He thoroughly cleaned my sofa. It looks and feels clean .And again. It does not have a cleaning fluid fragrance. There isn’t any fragrance on my sofa. I definitely would recommend this company.

They were super professional and courteous throughout their entire time at my home. These guys worked extra hard and took pride in doing outstanding work. While I believe Nomar was in training, they made a great team and Zerorez is very fortunate to have both of these guys. You can be certain you have made two great hires in these guys!

This is my third time I’ve used Sal who works with Zerorex and each time has been a wonderful experience. It feels so good to have clean carpets. It looked like they’re brand new from day one.
