I liked the online scheduling. The full extraction method(no residue) didn’t have to vacuum right after it dried. Friendly knowledgeable service. Only drawback was not knowing exactly when the tech would arrive. He did however, arrive within the 2 hour window.

My carpets look amazing. I didn’t think they would end up looking as good as they do. I have had my carpeting upstairs for 25 years. I’ve been steam cleaning it myself. I will never do that again. Zerorez made my carpets look and feel almost new again. Taz was wonderful to work with and I will be recommending him to all of my friends. He also cleaned my couch and loveseat. They look brand new.
