1. I would have been given more advanced notice about the need vacuum the carpets before cleaning.
2. It would have been helpful to have 2 technicians rather than one to help with moving the light furniture out of the way.

The convenience of the pickup and return delivery of my rugs was awesome. The staff are very professional and efficient. The called ahead and came at the promised times. My rugs were beautiful and clean when returned! I highly recommend!
