I called Zerorez to do some more work on my stairs since large brown areas were showing on a beige carpet cleaned a couple of days earlier. The young man that came back said it was wicking and that after a deep cleaning, dirt from deep in the carpet came to the surface as the carpet dried. He sprayed some product on the stairs that lightly wet them and went over them with a clean cloth and it took up the stains and it looks great. Sorry I didn't get the technicians name, but he was quick and did a great job explaining what had happened.

He explained how and why this is the best way to get rid of the pee stains. The stains are no where to be seen and it smelled so clean. All the rooms were great. He was very nice.
