The young man who came to our home to clean our natural dye wool 10 X 14-ft Afghan rug explained how he could clean the rug and assured us that the vaccuum of the moisture from the cleaning process would assure that the wood laminate flooring would not be affected. He also noted that although highly unlikely a dye could possibly run given this cleaning process as opposed to sending the rug to a more thorough and careful process at their plant. With careful consideration since our inported rug had been with us for 40A+ years, we decided to send the rug out to be cleaned. We appreciated the discussion of the features of a more thorough cleaning and consideration of the difference in the cost involved.

You arrived on time. The gentleman who picked up my rug to be laundered was very knowledgeable and respectful. Thus far, I am pleased with your services. I will reserve further comments until my rug is returned.

I love that my filthy carpet was cleaned with only water. We ask for Jared because he is such and good worker and really loves clean carpets. He is super nice and works hard. I suppose he is even better than his equipment, but the clean leaves up feeling so good. Even my husband was impressed! Thank you!
