I was pleased with couple aspects of the service provided. The technician showed up during the scheduled time. The service took much less time than anticipated. I was expecting the service to take at least a couple of hours but he was complete within 20 minutes. The carpet was cleaned and there were a couple of stains that I was concerned that I thought would not come out. All of the stains were removed with no problem. The carpet dried quicker than expected. The only problem I had with the service was that the floor transition strip to the bathroom in the main bedroom was dislodged. I had to take a hammer and drive the nail in to resecure it.
