I like the way he cleaned up the dark spots on the rug. The rug is very soft, and it didn't take long to dry with a ceiling fan, and floor fan.
Jay did an awesome job, he is very pleasant, informative, cleaned up any drips on the floor, and also wore covers for his shoes. He is an asset to your company. Definitely, will ask for him when I do my 2 other rugs in the bedrooms.He deserves a 10 for his work on my rugs.

My carpets are so clean and soft without any cleaner residue. All the doggie odor is gone too. The tech was on time, asked me what I wanted and explainer everything he was going to do. I am completely satisfied.

My wife, who was at home, when the young man from ZeroRez arrived, was very pleased with his politeness, and knowledge of carpet cleaning.
I arrived home shortly after the cleaning was finished, and was impressed with how the carpet looked as it did when it was installed in 2022.
