First, Dalton’s ( the techs) timely call and arrival and his professional and respectful way as he walked throughout our home as he explained his plan. He was meticulous as he moved items in his way. We had moved furniture and items obvious to us before he came. When he finished, Dalton asked me to walk with him in case we saw anything he might have missed.
