I have been using zerorez for over 5 years. Never have a bad experience. John did not disappoint. He called and was right on time. Window was 2-5. He finished before 5. Got here a little after 3. My 3 rooms and stairs look great. He was polite and friendly and took the time to explain all he was doing. Got rid of an ugly stain that I did not think would come out. Will have another cleaning in few weeks for upstairs area.

Robert was great and did an amazing job cleaning our ducts and dryer vent. He even suggested an air filter that we could just clean rather than having to change them all the time.
