I was really impressed with the 4-step process. Our carpet was not terribly dirty but was very matted down in high traffic areas. This process eliminated those matted areas and restored the carpet back to 99% of its original. Also, Scott's professionalism was second to none. He took the time to review all areas to be cleaned, explained the process, and offered potential addons without any high-pressure salesmanship. He was polite and courteous throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Scott for future work.

Our carpets look brand new and smell great. They cleaned our entire house in less than 2 hours including staircase. The guy who cleaned our carpets was very professional and friendly. He basically did his job and left us with great looking carpets. We have used this company several times now and we have always been very pleased. I highly recommend them!!!
