We had a very grimy carpet, both from foot traffic and coffee spills. The technician was able to get them all out, except for a couple of streaky spots.
They came back the next day to touch up those spots and it all looks really great!

I was very pleased with the results. I had an elderly dog that was sick and had trouble controlling her urine plus I got a new puppy so my rugs were quite soiled after they were cleaned they smelled so much better and looks great. Steven was very polite and pharaoh explaining everything he was doing and to clean the floor for every step he made on his way out. The two gentlemen who cleaned our carpet did an excellent job. We had some very dirty areas that had been tracked in on our den carpet and we were not sure that they would be able to remove them. They worked hard on these areas as well as the other areas they cleaned and successfully cleaned everything. They were very polite and we were extremely pleased with the results.

They clean well and without the wet carpet issue for days, usually our carpet is dry within 8-12 hours.

We did it all!
We had 3 rooms and a hall of carpet cleaned at one house. Then, at the house we are moving into we had the air ducts cleaned and bathroom vents and dryer vent cleaned. And we had the 2300sf of 27 year old tile and 1/4 inch grout cleaned and SEALED. Oh and had the technician install the Zerorez air purifier on both hvac units.
Three days later a painter kicked a gallon of dark brown paint onto the floor and 3/4 of it spilled on the tile!! We had it cleaned up in 15 minutes with not a trace visible on the tile or grout. If we had not sealed the grout it would have soaked right in.
Zerorez saved the day!! We were so happy we had that grout sealed!
