Carpets look good after cleaning. Slight delay after arrival because service van broke down and delayed the process around an hour. Service Tech, Chris, was very polite, kept me up to date on the delay, and completed the job promptly when the replacement van arrived.

The technician was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained all the services, suggested some I hadn't considered, and answered all my questions. I appreciate that the cleaning process generated no odors and, after cleaning some steps that had been heavily cleaned with chemicals previously, left them in much better shape and significantly reduced the odor left in the carpet by the previous treatment.

I have been a ZEROREZ customer for over 10 years. Scheduled my appointment a few weeks ago. Service tecs did a great job yesterday, however I was disappointed that I received a Black Friday coupon in my mail today that was not mentioned or offered yesterday at the time of services.

1st of all our carpet stays on better condition when cleaned ( we have 3 beagles ) so we do it twice a year. ZEROREZ is the only carpet cleaning company we trust . We have tried different companies , buy this company is by far the best for us. Our carpet looks and feels brand new, soft and clean....and smells clean. The drying time is pretty quick depending on how warm your house is. Fans help and sunny days too.
2nd and this is a compliment to the people who service us at our home. Professional and care about the results. They will even give you a bottle of their cleaner (powder) that you mix up for in-between cleaning. RONNIE is our guy , who is awesome at his job. Always makes sure we are happy with the results.
