The process of getting my carpets cleaned with ZeroRez is very straightforward. Log in to their website. Follow the prompts and make my own appointment. You can pick your most conveinient time frame for getting the job done. ZeroRez will send reminders and options for confirming or cancelling. When the technician arrives, he will show you the plan and costs before getting started. He will ask you about what areas he will clean. He offers suggestions and options for you to choose from. The whole process is simple, but thorough. They do a great job and my carpets look new. I'm very satisfied.

Unlike other carpet cleaning companies, ZeroRez doesn't leave soap behind in the carpet which causes dirt to adhere to it and cause even more dark spots because they don't use soap!

After Robert with ZeroRez finished nearly all of the dark spots were gone!

Robert was so professional and friendly, we will be requesting him in the future. He also gave some very informative tips to keep the dark spots from getting worse.
