I only had this carpet cleaning service done 3 days ago, but the rugs were nicely and quickly cleaned. The technician was very personable, polite, and punctual. Prices were reasonable. If I do not feel the need to have the carpets re-cleaned for a year (just 1 adult and 2 adult dogs live here), I would say this was an excellent service.
