My carpets have looked the best ever. All stains removed but with no chemical smell. It was only 1 hour to do the job, the technician cleaned up before he left.

The service tech worked very hard and conscientiously to clean our carpets. He was friendly and courteous and explained everything he was doing for us. He did outstanding work and we are very pleased with our clean carpets.

Had a great experience using Zerorez. We asked them to come out for a stain from a shower install. Noah was excellent. He showed me the parts of the stain I thought I had removed with a black light. Noah explained everything thoroughly about the process to remove it and clean the area. He was transparent about all pricing. Noah did a great job and the carpet looks great.
