I like the absence of any chemicals or detergents. The empowered water does an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. I have used them for every cleaning of my carpets in my home for the past 8 years and have never had any problems. This is my first time to use Zerorez. I was very pleased from the beginning, the simplicity of request for carpet cleaning, the follow up info by email/text. Day of service the very professional and polite technician Timothy called me to say he was on his way while he was here. He completely explained to me what products are used and step-by-step of what he would do. My carpets look wonderful. I am very satisfied with Zerorez and will use them again.
