My wife and I had a very good experience with ZeroRes. I plan on recommending Zerorez.

Great job, technician was very professional and kind. He worked hard to make sure my rooms were done as I was told it would be a portable as I’m one the 1st floor. Didn’t have a portable cleaner so had to menevor to get his equipment to fit thru our window. He got it done!✅

The product really workd! No more dust! My nose is not stuffed. I breathe better. I also am not sneezing. I should have said the process worked not the product, I am very happy I had this done, The person in charge was Brandon. He was very friendly and explained the process. He was kind, polite and knowledgeable about his work! A pleasant demeanor. I certainly will highly recommend him! Name removed I don’t want my name mentioned-just initials if needed.

The scheduling process was easy. Our technician was professional and friendly. Our carpets look and smell clean even being over 30 years old.

Had the best customer service experience! Carpets look and smell amazing! Already recommended your company to others.

Matt was professional and courteous. He tested carpet fibers to determine content and measured an area rug, coming up with a size that I over estimated. He asked if I had any questions and supplied clear information. He advised and aided in moving pieces from a room for cleaning. I would recommend Zerorez unconditionally and would definitely use any of their services in the future.
