First and foremost the process employed by Zerorez is not toxic. The carpeting looks new after being cleaned. This is combined with employees who are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and well trained. I’d like to call out Brett Spencer and Corey S. who worked on my carpeting. What competent professionals they are! I’d have them back in a heartbeat.

Safe for pets to be on damp carpet - even cats who lick their paws all the time. Clean carpets that do not have a crunchy feel when soap dries.

Always great service. We have been using Zerorez for at least 10 years starting in Minnesota. The carpets look great, and we appreciate the absence of chemicals and the lack of post-cleaning 'crunch!'
