I have used Zerorez for several years. They are always prompt and professional. They are honest about what they will do or recommend and are not trying to push more expensive solutions when basic spot treatment, for example, will be sufficient. They work quickly yet not rushed. The carpets are never soggy afterward and they are good about care instructions to keep carpets looking good for as long as possible. They also do great work with wool rugs that you send out. They come back promptly and looking like new.

Just like the name says ‘zero rez’ and they mean it. They don’t hook to house water and they use no soap. Despite that they got out every stain. Even those nasty doggy accidents. Their technician was very professional and well trained. I have owned a cleaning and carpet company and I would hire Daniel in an instant. I am very well pleased.

The technician, Ryan, was great. He was friendly, professional and worked hard. Did a good job of explaining what he would do and describing possible extra services. Zeroez does a great job getting the carpets clean and I love that it dries quickly. The carpet is not over saturated.
I've had a good experience with Zeroez each time. One time I had someone else clean my carpet because they claimed they could clean linoleum (Zeroez said they couldn't). I will definitely not go back to them again. The linoleum didn't look any better and the carpet didn't either.
