I like the Pre-treatment, Zr Water Application and Patented Zr Wand Extraction which extracts the water and debris from the carpet, leaving it fresh and clean. No heavy soap or film left behind, allowing the carpet to dry quickly. Highly recommend Zero Rez.

Tristen was very professional, courteous, and had so much knowledge to share about how to maintain the flooring. He provided tips on hardwood, not just carpeting. He was very mindful where he had to pull the hose through 3 doors. He answered every question I had and made sure to honor the discount that was discussed through texting. Highly recommend and I'd ask him again to do the cleaning!
