On time. Thomas Bunnell was polite, efficient and did a good job. My son was here and Thomas gave us information leaflets to share. I have two neighbors to whom I will give
them . We all three used the previous cleaning service for years and I feel Thomas did the
type of cleaning that we were accustomed to having done. Our previous cleaning man
unfortunately passed away last November and he was thorough and left our carpets in
good condition without being “wet”. Dried in a few hours, My son took one home for his
wife.

Zerorez was recommended by my cleaning lady who said she had other people who used
this service and were pleased. I agree and will thank her when she returns next week.

Good price & professional friendly service

Was easy to schedule an appointment. Staff on site explained everything they would be doing. The bid was the actual price.

Product for steam cleaning worked on most spots. Some were too old. Sheldon was very service oriented and explained it all to us. I'd give him a 10!

Only issue we had was there was no help with furniture moving to clean underneath. We are not able to move heavy furniture so we had to find help to do so.

Services are reasonable and the representatives are very professional.
