Sat, Aug 28 - Toby did an excellent in cleaning the carpet in my home. He explained some of the process, very patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions.

I asked for some extra help - Toby moved 3 small to medium - heavy pieces of furniture for me. After cleaning, he put plastic down and moved that group of furniture back.

I had missed his first call. Unfortunately, there was a wait time. Toby was very patient with this too.

The product & service was to my liking for the second go around.

Product used in the carpet cleaning process. My carpet looks cleaner..the only draw back is that there wasn't that fresh after smell and no blower to dry carpet. The previous carpet cleaner had a blower to dry carpet..
