I like how excellently you train your employees in customer service. From answering the phone, to confirmation of appointments, to always arriving at the top of the hour of the service window, to a phone call from the tech letting me know he's on the way, to the excellent care your techs take with protecting corners and bringing equipment in and out of the house, to how the techs listen to what I am asking for and they don't oversell me, to how honest and straightforward you are with your prices and how reasonable those prices are, and to how impossibly clean my carpets are when the work is done, I am amazed and only use and recommend Zerorez.
