The men that came were on time. Greeted us and after I told them a few things , went right to work. They got out a few bad spots I wasn’t sure they could clean. But did. Left the rugs only light wet. And they looked great. Yes I will use again and tell people who ask who cleaned my rugs. Thanks.

My carpets look AWESOME! I have puppy dogs and well you know what happens!! Zerorez arrived at 930am and completed the job at 430. Nit only did they clean my carpets they cleaned my air ducts and wipe down all the vents! I highly recommend this company. AND… NO CHEMICALS!!

We are very impressed with our Zerorez experience. They are professional and explained the process so I could understand everything. The tech was on time, very prepared and did a wonderful job. I will give the tech an 11 out of 10. We took advantage of a 5 room special with a very old carpet and 2 stairways. I will recommend and definitely call when I need them again.
