Called before arrival to let us know he was on his way. Arrived on time. Surveyed our carpets and pointed out areas that needed extra attention. Was very polite and courteous. When he was finished he walked through the house with us to make sure we were satisfied and said he would be happy to go over any spots we had concern about.

It was my first experience with Zerorez. Getting appointment was easy and did appreciate the call in advance of tech arriving as well. The carpets seem much cleaner and happy overall. Found a few areas the next day that were missed but again, overall happy with outcome.
