Tanner was communicative and polite. He did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet in our living room, dining room, and stairs. He gave special attention to a couple stains I pointed out, and he was able to get one completely out and the other one partially out. I was told at a previous carpet cleaning that there was nothing they could do to help those stains. Tanner even noticed some paint splatter on our carpet in one area, and he took it upon himself to remove it. We are very pleased with the carpet cleaning service we received from Zerorez.
