I liked the professionalism of the service technician. He explained the process and kept me informed of everything he did. It took only 35 minutes for the services I requested to be done and the drying time was between 4-6 hours. The carpet and dining room chairs look awesome and the room smells so fresh. I would definitely recommend zerorez and will use them again in the future.
