Prompt response time. However, your tip page o the device is ridiculous. Option of tip percent of 15, 20, and 25% is even more ridiculous. A tip of $54, 72’ or 90 for a one hour service is laughable. Your tech was terrific. I tipped her $20.

Auggie was a delight to work with from start to finish. He came in prepared and clearly knew his stuff--getting up close and personal with each problem spot (potty training puppy..) to determine what level of service it would need. He had a part break partway through but resolved the issue quickly and without issue. If I could request him for all future cleans, I definitely would.
