On time and professional

I'm not sure if what the product really is that they use, I understand it's no chemicals and made at there company. It did enhance the carpet from wear tracking appearance and made it smell pleasant.
On the other hand I would not recommend the stain resistant add on for the price and it only took 30 seconds to spray it on the carpet in each room. I have not noticed what it really is doing to help be resistant.
The tech was very friendly and spoke often if all the other options they offer in cleaning rugs and furniture and much more. Time spent was within reason and the clean up was very positive in his respect.
I would do it again in a year as the room charge initially is a reasonable price just not sealant that time.

They were on time, very professional and friendly...and the carpets looked amazing. The stains that were in the carpet from communion, all came out. On Sunday morning, many of the members commented on how good the carpet looked. Thank you Zerorez....

I like the fact that they clean well, but do not introduce toxins in my home that could be harmful to the environment of my house and to the people that spend time in my space.

Your team has visited twice in an attempt to fix the issue; however, the damage has not been resolved. At this point, the carpet needs to be replaced.

I expect Zero to take responsibility for the damage and cover the cost of replacement. Please contact me promptly to confirm how you will proceed with resolving this matter.

Products used on the carpets is excellent. I live that it’s multi purpose and i can use it on our walls and hard floir surfaces.
