The technician/ co-owner was very timely, even came early after a text notification, as well as explained the technique being used and procedure well before starting. He was careful not to track any water on our floors wearing paper booties and placing a floor covering at the door. He did an excellent job and was done in less than an hour. He slid the couch out of the way so some spots behind and under it could be done. He cautioned us to be careful on the wooden stairs after walking on the carpet before it was dry, which was OK to do. There were a couple of dark rust colored spots I had attempted to get out with the usual pet stain removers that did not come out entirely by the Zerorez cleaning, but our guy explained this was typical if one used too much spray and didn't thoroughly rinse the spray out of the rug when cleaning it up. I was guilty as charged and now know how to better attempt to get stains out using stain removers, by not using too much and to rinse very thoroughly with water, or the spray stays and attracts more dirt and grime so the stain becomes more permanent. I felt the pricing was fair and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing really good rug cleaning services!
I do not know the female employees name. What a magnificent job she did. She was seasoned and knew exactly what she was doing, very knowledgeable. Answer every question and the carpet looks brand new!!!
