My Saturday appointment to clean a sectional sofa went off without one hitch. The technician arrived at the beginning of the 10-1 time range. Great! He spent some time going over the project and process before bringing the equipment inside. Mr. T answered all of my questions and then went to work. Friendly, efficient, thorough, professional.
