Cleaning was quick and easy. Rugs and furniture looked great. I am however waiting for one of my rugs to lay flat again. It's been 3 days and it looks like it's beginning to flatten out. I will call if it doesn't and let you know.

There is always room to improve. Generally the results are great. We had a couple of areas that required a follow-up call to clean properly. Staff has always been pleasant and professional.
