We had a great experience with Zerorez, thanks to our technician. He did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and was professional, nice, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, answered our questions, and made the experience easy and stress-free. He was a pleasure to work with, and the carpets look good.

My only issue was in my daughter’s room where he couldn’t get out some of the stains due to the not being able to use chemicals as your company does, which was acceptable. The only reason for the high review is for the tech.

The tech that came to our house was knowledgable, courteous, and did an amazing job on our carpet! I can't believe he was able to get the cat urine odor out! Would definitely recommend to others and will hire you again when we need carpets cleaned!

Cleaning last! Great job and I really like the service employee.

I love the process of utilizing water without the addition of detergent or soaps. I feel like my carpets are much cleaner and have no residue. The service technician, Marchantz, was great. He was not trying to constantly upsell me and kept me educated about everything he was doing. He was very respectful of my property and had superb customer service. I hope I get him the next time I have Zerorez out.

Excellent service, from the technicians. They are always very cordial, polite, and pay extra attention to details. The last technician (Dallas) that came out to our home was my favorite tech so far. Hang on to this employee he is very good.
