I was very happy with Ron. He arrived on time, put on his foot covers and put down a piece of cloth so he wouldn’t scratch the wood floor. He told me what he was going to do. When finished he told me how long it would take to dry. The carpet is old but it really looks nice now. I appreciate what he did.

The guys who came to our house ( I can't remember their names- how bad of me!) were fantastic. Well spoken, polite, and respectful. They were quick and did a very good job. They got all the stains the dog left when he vomited all over the room. I would recommend them in a heartbeart!
