I have you guys come back every 6-8 months to clean our 5 rooms + stairs of carpet. Each time you do a fabulous job. Your tech is very professional, calls before arriving, sprays, cleans & is gone after doing an excellent job. The carpet dries quickly after the tech turns the ceiling fans on. The only complaint ( that is not your fault) is our carpets tend to roll each time they are cleaned but then when the carpet is completely dry it disappears. Wonderful company to work with!

Our stairway carpet could have best been described as “abused”, so our expectations were low when we called, but you had done a miracle for us on carpeting @ a rental so we were not without hope! The carpet came out very well and we are so pleased! Because it was such a small job and there was a minimum charge, you offered to include a rug. We had a $10 garage sale wool rug so we chose that and that rug came out looking absolutely GORGEOUS! Like it’s brand new! The colours are rich and vibrant and it is stunning!! The man who did the work was professional, quick about his work, but also very personable. Another wonderful experience with this wonderful company! Thank you!!
