The customer service rep with whom I spoke to set up my appointment was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. The two technicians who performed my service (Donta and Ru) were equally as polite, professional and skilled. The price I paid was very fair, and I was very satisfied with Zerorez's customer service and quality of work.

Your technician, Jonathan, was everything a company would want. He was polite, polished, prompt, pleasant and professional. He explained the process. He completed his work without leaving anything for us to clean up after him. I think you better watch out for him. I see him going very far - maybe owning his own franchise or farther!
