Pet odor extraction is very good and cleaning folks are very competent. What I First name removed’t like is that pricing for extraction products is extremely expensive. $80 per gallon is expensive when looking at multiple gallons.

They were flexible when I had to reschedule, explained everything very well, communicated effectively, and also recommended additional services to improve our home!!

Morino was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He did his best to take out our stain the first time without doing a more expensive treatment. He did mention it could come back. The stain did come back but we were grateful he did try to save us some money and try to do it without it.

The second treatment nearly removed everything. He worked hard and late to be sure his best efforts were given to remove the stain. Blood is hard to get out so we were overall happy with the results.

I like that the carpets are not soaked or smell after being washed. Highly recommend this company and will use them for all our carpet needs.

Dan was here on time. He was very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and very professional. He went to work and finished the job quickly. There were a couple of stains that were not removed and he suggested a way to fix this problem. I have used Zerorez before and I will use them again.
