Alex did a great job yesterday 5/21. Answered questions I had about stains, and helped me figure out what had caused a stain that I had just discovered. Alex was friendly and professional. I always use Zerores for the safety of my pets and the quick drying. My carpets were cleaned between 9-10am and dry by 6pm.
No residue and the carpet always looks good.
Carpets look fabulous. Only thing I didn’t like was they knotted up my linen drapes. Very wrinkled. I understand why they did it though
