It's always about the technician. Your cleaning process is above reproach. My tech Leileena, was amazing. Hardest worker I've ever had shampoo my carpets, area rugs and sectional.
She had an amazing attitude, worked as hard if not harder than any of my previous tech's and she did an amazing job on a big project. She should get a raise, 5 stars all the way around with a 10 best rating. I wish I had 10 Leileena's working for me.

Very impressed with the service I received from Zerorez! Not only did my carpets look great, but they smelled amazing! The technician was very friendly and informative. He explained the process to me, asked if I had questions or if there were any specific areas I was concerned about. He also asked me to take a look once he was finished to make sure I was happy with the service. Would definitely recommend Zerorez to others, and will contact them again when my carpets need cleaning again.
