Zerorez stuck by it's guarantee - initially the cleaning looked and smelled great, but after a day or 2 one room's stains were still visible and smell was back. They came back promptly, were able to really remove the spots. In order to totally address the smell they recommended a deeper treatment - and this worked. Many thanks!

Our technician was Justin, and he did a great job. He was really detail-oriented and sent us pictures throughout the whole process. Our service included clean floor tiles and second-floor rugs, and they came out really nice. The quote was really reasonable and transparent.

When I lived in WA, I saw a program where a Zero Rez rep cleaned a real home. It was so impressive that I wanted to try out a carpet cleaner that left no residue and contained no toxins. After using Zero Rez twice in Boise, I really need don't know why anyone wouldn't use them! The reps are wonderful, the cost is very reasonable, and all my questions to the office staff have been immediately answered!
