Richard Johnson was my technician. He was polite, knowledgeable and a hard worker. He did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. When he finished shampooing my carpet, I thought I was in the wrong house. My carpet was extremely clean. The carpet looked brand new. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and neighbors, but they have to ask for him only. He is the real deal.
