We did it all!
We had 3 rooms and a hall of carpet cleaned at one house. Then, at the house we are moving into we had the air ducts cleaned and bathroom vents and dryer vent cleaned. And we had the 2300sf of 27 year old tile and 1/4 inch grout cleaned and SEALED. Oh and had the technician install the Zerorez air purifier on both hvac units.
Three days later a painter kicked a gallon of dark brown paint onto the floor and 3/4 of it spilled on the tile!! We had it cleaned up in 15 minutes with not a trace visible on the tile or grout. If we had not sealed the grout it would have soaked right in.
Zerorez saved the day!! We were so happy we had that grout sealed!

He did great work - Daniel Hansen - thorough, didn't rush through. Also very nice, personable, felt good about having him in my house. And last of all, the whole point is to have my carpet looking great, and it does look just great!
