I asked for re service due to some stains not being removed and technician Tommy (in Asheville Nc) was fantastic. He removed the stains and took a lot of time to make sure it was done right.

They do a great job of getting stubborn stains out of carpets. One of my guests had an unfortunate incident with too much red wine and my carpet looked like a it had seen a bloody murder. Zerorez came out that week and got it all out. It took them a few tries but they did it! And my house is ready for more guests…maybe less wine served.
