The stain removal products seem very effective, and so far the stains are not returning. The carpets look MUCH better, and the dry time was fairly fast. No residual Oder, and no allergic reactions. We really were impressed by our technician, Odain. He is a hard worker, very courteous, and has genuine enthusiasm for his job. I would definitely recommend this service because of his excellent performance while on site.
