When I called the customer service I received was amazing ! I spoke with about 3 -4 different associates over the phone all were patient, explained everything and answered all my questions! And Deshaun who came out OMG so thorough! He worked so hard on all my deep rooted stains even the ones in my small child’s room (which was a rough one ) he really went the extra mile and i couldn’t be more pleased!!

The technician was very honest and friendly. He showed me the difference in the tile floor as he cleaned, mentioned that he couldn't get all of the coffee stain out of the one carpet, and got all of the dog stains out of the front runner!!!

——AFTER it dried - I vacuumed the whole entire house and didn’t have to clean out the vacuum bag .. ——BEFORE the service came - I had to cleaned the vacuum bag after every room in the house ( yes-yes it was very dirty - filthy ) ..
