Great job and great service!

This was my first time using Zororez and I will definitely use their services again. Quay was the technician who came to my house after I called Zororez when my dog had an accident on the white area of an expensive wool area rug. Quay arrived ready to get to work. He was courteous and hard working. I also found an old stain on the rug when I moved a piece of furniture that had been hiding it for who knows how long. Quay was determined to get that stain out if humanly possible. He spent a long time going over it with different products. While the stain didn’t completely disappear, I was satisfied that Quay had done his best and probably nobody would be able to do better. Quay did a thorough cleaning of the rest of my area rug as well as my dining room chairs . In fact, the chairs came out so clean, they looked new again! Zororez’s prices are reasonable and the work they do is very professional.

The service at our home was great. The technician was attentive and knowledgeable. I am not happy with the AI scheduling system. It did not ask the size of my three area rugs so the price ended up being 2x more than quoted. I didn’t know if the scheduling went through until a 2am the day before email which I didn’t see at first. I want to talk to a person who explains what is happening and answers my questions Sorry but AI sucks. Humans want humans. I do appreciate the $35 credit for this inconvenience

You use water so the carpet is nice and fluffy instead of being stiff. This was my first time using your company so I was wondering how it would turn out and I was amazed at how clean it came out. The tech was very thorough and I will definitely use your company in the future

ZeroRez does a great job. Always professional. I have used them for over 20 years. First time was in California. To be honest, I don't even call anyone else. They have done my carpets, area rugs, floors and duct cleaning. You won't be disappointed.

The technician was efficient, personable,and answered my questions. The cleaning is pet friendly. I have two small animals that need to be undisturbed. He was able to clean right up to their enclosure without harmful chemicals. The cleaning didn't take long and looked great.

The technician did an amazing job, walked me through the entire job and made the carpet look as good as new. He was extremely courteous and very professional.
