Our service technician was through in his review of the work requested, explained optional product options, and completed the work in a timely manner. He treated a few areas requiring additional attention. Our carpets look great, although that is not a surprise, as we have used Zerorez on other occasions. I like the fact that chemicals are not used and the stains in my carpet just disappeared. Our service technician was thorough and made sure all stains were removed, and our stairs had many.
