The technician was amazing! After viewing the lipstick stains, he honestly explained that some of the darker stains might not come completely out, but that he expected to remove the majority of the affected area. I truly appreciated his honesty and realistic expectations.
To my surprise and delight, he was able to remove all of the stains except for four tiny dots—and those dots are barely noticeable! I was so excited with the results.

Our technician was very efficient and communicated well every step of the way. He also did a great job answering our questions. I would absolutely, and often do, recommend zerorez to anyone I know in need of carpet cleaning, with the caveat that they need to plan on it being more expensive than the online quote is.
