Zachary was great. Very communicative. Let us know the reality and what he could do. Made our 30-year-old carpets look 20 years younger. All the stains were removed. Kept us from having to buy new carpet for a while.

The crew I had out on Wed/Jan 14 was wonderful. personable and helpful. My carpet is old and has light and dark stains. they made the carpet look great! I didn't know it could look this good.
