Mickel arrived at home within window appointment. He presented his plan with discussion and visual tour of areas to be cleaned. Well and clear spoken. Gave options which I may consider with next cleaning. Upon completion, I inspected areas and VERY IMPRESSED! Areas of tougher stains look like brand new. He clearly gave instructions as to after care drying. Mickel is very pleasant and professional as representative of company. I look forward to next cleaning. HIGHLY Recommend ZEROREZ! They were very punctual and called me when they were on the way to my home. The technician was very courteous and helpful

Your carpet cleaning service is very good, and we have used your service multiple times in the past, but your payment process isn’t clear. I received a call the night before the cleaning appointment asking for my credit card number to pre-pay for services. I assumed it was legitimate because caller ID showed it was from Zerorez. The next day the man that cleaned our carpet also asked for payment. When I explained that I got a call the night before and paid the same amount he was asking for, he got very angry and didn’t offer to investigate the matter before I made another payment. I will continue to use your service, but I will request that this man isn’t sent to do it. In future I will always inquire about your payment process, and I will refuse to pay for services not yet rendered. I also will not give my credit cat information before service is rendered. Robert was very knowledgeable on cleaning and caring for multiple types of stains on carpets and even gave me some care tips for future spills. I love that what was used for cleaning is safe for my family and pets. I also have very light carpet and have really enjoyed how much brighter it's been afterwards. He took great care of my home, was knowledgeable, and it looks great. I would recommend and return to Zerorez.
