Carpet is alight brown and had many stains. It looks beautiful now. The steps are showing wear and they look pretty good.

The best part of my Zerorez experience wasn’t the ease of scheduling or the wonderfully clean carpet, it was the professional, knowledgeable, and friendly technician, Marquan.
He immediately put me at ease with his kind personality. Then, he set about inspecting the carpet for the source of the odor and prescribed a treatment to attack the problem (old pet urine). Once he began working on the carpet, he would occasionally stop to show me where he was in the process, and to keep me updated.
I will hire Zerorez in the future, and I’ll request Marquan.

Efficient and clean
My carpet gets cleaned but does not get soppy wet. It dries quickly. My carpet is almost white and I've had them apply their protectant. Works like a dream. My carpet is 10 years old and Zero rez has been the only company I've used. People are amazed at how old it is! I tell them it's because of your products it's held up so well.
Your technicians are prompt, courteous, and well trained for their job. Kudos to you gentlemen!
Our carpet is old and has not been cleaned for several years. It looks beautiful. This was the first time using Zerorez. I was pleased how well this cleaning method worked and I liked the 4-6 hr. drying time. I want to compliment Tyler for doing such a great job! We have two wide staircases. He worked very hard on all three levels of of our home and did such a great job! I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.
