The man that cleaned the carpets was extremely polite and professional. He explained exactly what would happen and let us know concerns about certain areas of the carpet. In the end it all looked great but I appreciate the up front information about his concerns

They worked with me on what I wanted done to find the best price for me. Cody was super nice and walked through the house while I explained the problem areas and was professional the whole time he was here. Daniel was my service technician. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained his plan, asking about any specific issues, areas that might need special attention. I appreciated his attention to detail. He made some suggestions about the drying process as well. I was very impressed with him and the outstanding results.

The technician(I think his name is Jonathon) was prompt, pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. He offered a few options for issues I had. The work he did was great. I'm happy with the results.

We loved Daniel! So polite and kind. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. My husband and I have done a lot of renovations in the last 3 years. We’ve had a lot of service workers out at our home. It’s sad to say, but it’s so hard to find good service these days! We’ve come across so many people that we can’t understand, that are rude, or that just plain don’t do a good job. We were so happy with your company and Daniel.
