The carpets get cleaned but are not left super wet so they dry real fast.
Everything went well. The only comment I have is the deodorizer did not work well with removing the cat urine odor from the middle cushion on sectional. Once the cleaning agents had dried off there was remnant smell the next day.

I give zerorez AAA there workmanship and performance price given over the phone was price charged at the end of the job. My tile was installed 27 years ago we had mopped it tried keeping it clean. We had no idea how dirty it really was till the guys come in and put their equipment to work and I was amazed at how clean my tile is it looks brand new even the grout. I thank this company very much for the work that they’ve done for me and will recommend them to even the pickiest homeowners. Thanks again.

The tech was a very can do person, willing help out shifting a few things. Our carpet ( although about 30 years old) looks good and the area carpets that were done look refreshed.
