I have used Zerorez several times and they never disappoint. Aaron the technician did a fabulous job of cleaning our carpet and downstairs tile. We had a few very stubborn stains, on our carpet, that Aaron was able to remove. Aaron was very polite and professional.
Natural and no chemicals or residue left on the carpet. Scheduling service is quick and easy and I don’t get too many calls or emails reminding me of my appointment. The technicians are polite and wear shoe coverings to be respectful.

Fast and great service
Scheduling a carpet cleaning appt was very easy online. The owner called reminding the day before and was very friendly and accommodating to our request. The technician arrived early and did a very thorough job cleaning our 4 rooms of carpet and 2 recliners...and even did a throw rug I wasn't aware of until I walked on it later and noticed it felt damp. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future as cleaning is needed.
Everything! Zander called me when he was on the way. He got here on time. He and his trainee worked well together. They explained the products and they did the cleaning. A very good job all around!

Brian did an excellent job w/my carpet, which had been neglected for some time. He arrived well within the "window". He worked quickly and efficiently. I have 4 cats, and he wanted to be sure that I understood that the door would be open (it was fine; my cats go in and out). Price was reasonable. Thank you!

Our techician was on time, called first to advise when he was arriving. We had a more severe spill in a bedroom and he gave us options for the deep clean that we ended up doing. Unbelieveable that after the mess we had made doing our own cleaning job that he was able to make the carpet "back to normal" as we thought total replacement was in order. We are happy with his service, his explanations and his cleaning ability. Pays to have the right person do the job.
