Eric did a great job cleaning our carpet. He was early for the appointment, was very knowledgable about the stains and what could be done to get them out considering that the rug was made of natural fibers, wool and silk.

We had used the "S" carpet cleaners in the past and found that they were not able to remove the trouble spot pet odors and left the carpet very wet.
We switched to Zerorez a few years ago and will never go back.
You have more options for deep cleaning areas that need it and the carpet is left just damp and dries after running fans for several hours.
