I like the concept of the water used in the cleaning process. I like that the carpeting dries more quickly than other carpet cleaning services. What I don't like is the placement on the payment app for the giving of a tip. Unnecessary and inappropriate for this kind of business.

My husband asked the technician when he appeared tp be done if he was going to remove the fuzzy nubs from the front of the sofa. The tech replied we don't do that. My husband then got some masking tape and removed them. I would think for what you charged to clean the sofa he should have done that. Don't you agree??
