Chris was very kind and professional. Explained all the charges up front, told us what we could expect and how to replace the furniture after the cleaning. Our carpets are older Berber and with Zerorez type of cleaning made the fibers pop up and look amazing. I’m so impressed and will use Zerorez for other cleaning! Thank you!
