I like the lack of chemicals used. The carpet just feels clean, no stickiness, no chemical or perfume smell. The technician always explains the process, walks the space with me to make sure they are aware of problem areas, and then again checks with me at the end to make sure everything is good. We have used Zerorez many times and have been impressed with the professionalism of the technicians.

The team from Zerorez showed up on time, were courteous, dressed professionally, and got right to work cleaning the carpet. They explained some spots in the carpet and potential cleaning limitations. They did suggest that I add a pretreatment to my order, and didn't push any further when I declined that option (which I appreciated). The carpets turned out great, and the team wiped down the hallway to ensure no water was left behind. Couldn't ask for more. Will use Zerorez again!

Our carpets look amazing! The service is excellent. The young men, Alfonso and Jorge, were professional and kind. Alfonso explained everything very well. We're glad we went with the additional protection. We liked the way they protected the corners of our cabinets from their hose by placing corner guards up. We liked that it was just a long hose coming from their truck and not having to lug a big machine around. Also the whole process was so fast! We will use them again!
