Zerorez is a great company. They call you when they are on their way to your house. They make sure that nothing is damaged by putting protection on the corners of the walls. The servcice man was great to explain everything about the process and did an exception job. Our dog had a really bad accident in 2 rooms. It was a bad mess and now it is all cleaned and not one spot of that mess is there. (And it smells so good too!) And the carpet color lighted up too. I would recomment Zerorez to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned.

I had my floor tile grout and tiles cleaned. They were very dirty. Wow the grout is so clean. I keep looking at it so clean and bright. They are like they were when new. The technician was Michelle V. She was excellent at my job. She explained what she would be doing and kept me informed. She worked very hard and was very detailed. Also she was very knowledgeable
about the process. I am very satisfied with the results!

Friendly and didn’t push any extra services on us

My wall to wall carpet which is 10 years old and trampled on by 3 large dogs looks dramatically better. While it was not possible to remove all the stains completely, it definitely looks much, much better. I am very pleased.

Our carpet is pretty crappy, but it looked as good as it could after the cleaning!

We have had Zerorez clean our carpets twice. Each time they were prompt, careful with our house and furnishings and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We like that there is no residue on the carpet when they are finished that will attract dirt and dust that will shorten the life of our carpets and force cleaning earlier than necessary. We highly recommend them.
