Our carpets were a little damp, but they were dry within 36 hours. My house did not smell like chemicals, which I appreciated very much. The technician was prompt, and the communication was excellent.

The carpets and kitchen tile was great !However we also had a love seat and 3 cushion couch cleaned and we were disappointed at the outcome. We will use Zerorez again, but not for shampooing furniture.
We’ve had Zerorez for carpet cleaning and vent cleaning and I can’t recommend them enough!! From the phone people to the email notifications ( concerning timing, etc) they are, in this day and age, amazingly efficient! No way I’d contact anyone else for these services! Just do it!
Technician was on her A-game. Very knowledgeable and wanted to do the best job possible. She was also training at the same time and couldn't help but notice her leadership qualities. I've always said it's not the company, it's the person in front of you.!
