The gentleman did a nice job explaining the products and his recommendations for the pet stains on my carpet. The carpet looked very nice when he was done and dried quickly. I am a regular user of Zerorez because I have always had good results. My carpet is not drenched when they finish due to good extraction.

We were told we needed to pay by credit card on the email however on the invoice at the day of it had an option to also pay via cash or check. It would have been nice to know we had those options so we didn't have to pay the credit card processing fee.
