Service person showed up as scheduled and was very professional. No pressure upselling. Service person was very thorough and did great work, my carpets look much improved. Also sent out my area rug for cleaning with Zerorez as they offer that service as well. Very easy company and service person to work with. I highly recommend them. They are more expensive than the bargain carpet cleaning services, but you truly get what you pay for.

Tech has wall/corner protectors for most areas; but need to watch the hose around spindles and woodwork on staircases when taking large hose upstairs to other rooms from outside.
